In order to produce completely defect free products, we focus on the quality of raw materials being procured and their source. We use Polypropylene, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE (Linear Low- density polyethylene), tarpaulin, HM and BOPP(Biaxially oriented polypropylene) as raw materials which are procured from highly reliable sources like: Reliance Industries and GAL. Our team of quality analysts conduct in house quality tests to ensure premium quality. We test our products on parameters of tenier of yarn, size/mesh of yarn during manufacturing process, winding of fabric, strength, elongation, bottom stam, strength, thickness of the fabric, putrefaction and stitching so that the end product is completely flawless.
